Nissan Versa in Guelph

Our selection of Nissan Versas has proven to be very popular among our customers. The Versa is a unique car that has been in production since 2004 all over the world (in North America since 2006), and has enthused car shoppers in Canada especially. The Versa comes in a 4-door sedan version, or a 4-door hatchback version also. The Versa in North America comes with a 1.8L 4-cylinder gasoline engine, or a 1.6L 4-cylinder gasoline engine for vehicles made after 2009. The 1.8L engine in the Versa consumes a low 7L/100KM highway average, while the 1.6L offers a similar 7.5L/100KM highway average. Guelph NIssan customers can appreciate the fact that the Versa is a refined subcompact sedan that is produced to compete with other rivals such as the Honda Fit, Toyota Yaris, and others. For it’s engine size, the Versa is quite powerful and offers excellent power on demand. The Versa 1.8L offers 122 HP and 127 lb/ft of torque, which is excellent for an engine of it’s size. It is interesting to note that the Versa is one of only two vehicles in it’s class in North America to offer a six-speed manual transmission as a standard feature, most vehicles come with only 5 gears. The added benefit of a 6th gear is for highway cruising, where the extra gear allows the engine to drive at a lower average RPM, therefore reducing fuel consumption.

The two trim levels available in the Versa are the S and the SL. The S is base, and the SL is an upgraded version which offers Air Conditioning, Power Windows/Locks/Mirrors, and ABS. The SL also has optional features that aren’t available to the S, such as optional Bluetooth connectivity, a sport package which includes power sunroof, spoiler, and rear body kit, alloy wheels, and more. Nissan Altima in Guelph

The Nissan Altima is a mid-sized family sedan that has been in production since the 1993 model year. Over the years the Altima has grown to be a respected car in it’s segment, and has historically sold well in the Guelph Nissan market. Since the first generation in 1993, the Altima has grown a bit in size, and also become more refined. The first generation Altima came with a 2.4L, 4-cylinder, 150HP engine, and came with MacPherson struts and stabilizer bars which provided sporty handling and moderate road noise. The first generation trim levels came in XE, GXE, SE, and GLE. The most advanced GLE model actually offered Heads Up Display, which is a feature that 2008 Nissan Altimais reserved today for vehicles such as the Chevrolet Corvette, which is far more expensive than the Altima. The Altima was far ahead of it’s time, and continues to lead the way into the future of it’s segment.

The current fourth generation Altima (2007-current) offers Guelph Nissan shoppers a 2.5L 4-cylinder or a 3.5L V6 upgraded engine. The 2.5L has 175HP of output, and the 3.5L offers an astonishing 270HP of output. The fourth generation offers a 6-speed manual transmission as standard, with an optional CVT automatic transmission. Many new features come with the new Altima, and Guelph Nissan customers will be pleased to find that the sedan comes with a SmartKey and push-button ignition, optional bluetooth capability, and optional reverse camera to enhance safety. The new Altima boasts many comfort features, including 9 total cupholders (including a few under the front console, 2 in the armrest, etc), the globe box size was doubled to 13L, and for 2008 all Altima models received 4-wheel ABS with electronic brake force distribution. Beginning in 2010, all Altimas came with standard Electronic Stability Control. The Altima comes in 2-door coupe, 4-door sedan, and 4-door sedan Hybrid versions.

Nissan Pathfinder in Guelph

As the destination for Used Nissan SUVs in Guelph, Mark Wilson’s regularly stocks several Nissan Pathfinders for our customers. The Pathfinder has been a full size SUV since 1986, built on Nissan’s compact truck platform. Beginning for the 2013 model year, the Pathfinder transformed into a crossover vehicle, with more curves and a lower, smaller body. The Pathfinder is slotted between the Murano (smaller) and the Armada (larger) Nissan SUVs. Mark Wilson’s stocks the 3rd generation of Nissan Pathfinders in Guelph, which were built from 2005-2012. The North American version of the 3rd Gen Pathfinder comes equipped with a 4.0L V6 engine, with a 265HP and 2008 Nissan Pathfinder288lb/ft of torque output.

For the first time since production began, the 3rd Gen Pathfinder offered car shoppers a 3rd row of seating, which would accomodate a total of seven passengers in the vehicle, with sufficient cargo space for their belongings. The Pathfinder also comes with an optional tow package and roof rack for extra cargo transport. The 3rd Gen pathfinder has a maximum towing capacity of 6,000 lbs or 2,700 KG, which is exceptional for a vehicle of it’s size. The third row of seating is collapsable, allowing for even more inside cargo space if necessary. The Pathfinder has been a huge success among suburban Guelph Nissan Shoppers, allowing for maximum use of space, engine power, and price range. The Pathfinder offers Guelph shoppers a 12V power outlet both in the front of the vehicle as well as in the rear cargo area, which makes the vehicle ideal for outings, camping, or other utility uses.
