One of the coolest things about being able to be at the Chicago Auto Show is getting to see specialty vehicles that don’t appear anywhere else. One of these is the F-150 Shelby by Tuscany. We were excited flat out by the use of the word “Shelby” which inevitably makes us think of the Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R performance car. When we learned about the basic and custom features of this truck we were not disappointed. Akins Ford 50th Anniversary and History

The very first Ford dealership in Winder GA was founded in 1924 only 21 years after Henry Ford starting manufacturing that very first Model A. That particular dealership passed through many hands and names before the Akins family took over in 1966. It has rested in those very capable hands ever since. Ford GTs Get Four Spots for 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours

Not one, not two, not three, but four, FOUR Ford GT supercars will be competing this year at the 2016 Le Mans 24 Hours. The Le Mans 24 Hours is grueling 24 test of efficiency, resilience, and speed. Vehicles may must not only be brilliant racing machines, but be able to handle divers driving environments (from racing tracks to closed-off public roads) without breakdowns.
