Spring Flower Fest At Callaway Gardens

Spring is one of the best times to visit the Gardens in nearby Pine Mountain, where you’ll find 2,500 acres of springtime splendor thanks to the millions of blooming flowers. You can enjoy the gardens on foot, bike, or even fly across on a zipline! Spring Fest lasts from March 25th to May 7th, so there’s ample time to plan a family trip and see everything in bloom.
Uptown’s 2023 Riverfest Weekend
2023 Riverfest Weekend comes to Woodruff Park on May 12th and 13th. This event starts the 2023 RushSouth Whitewater Park season with a weekend packed with live music, great food, and art vendors. It’s an all-ages event so you can bring the whole family to enjoy a great time at the park! Visit RushSouth Whitewater Park for exciting whitewater rafting fun, zip lines, and the Splash Pad for the kids!
Barks and Blues Music Festival
What’s better than a blues music festival? A blues music festival that benefits puppies! The Barks and Blues Music Festival returns for a sixth year on May 20th at Woodruff Park. The event benefits the Paws Humane Society. This year’s headliner is Slippery When Wet – The Ultimate Bon Jovi Tribute. Other confirmed acts include Neal Lucas, The Shelby Brothers, Stained Glass Saints, and more! There will be refreshments, activities, and more for this family-friendly event.
