2017 March Madness Events near Phoenix AZ

Ladies and gentlemen of Phoenix, welcome to March! In a few short weeks the college basketball season will be coming to a halt with March Madness and the Final Four, but it’ll be just a bit sweeter this time around. That’s because the Final Four is being hosted right here in Phoenix for the first time! If you can’t make it out to University of Phoenix stadium but still want to join in the festivities, grab some friends and head out to the coolest 2017 March Madness Events near Phoenix AZ!
Final Four Fan Fest (March 31-April 3)
If you’re looking for a fun and safe way for the kids (and yourselves) to get their basketball fix, the Final Four Fan Fest at Phoenix Convention Center is just what you need. Rock climbing, autograph sessions with Final Four team members and youth clinics will all be featured!
March Madness Music Festival (March 31-April 2)
March Madness also brings along some great music to the Phoenix area. If that’s more your speed than the sports aspect, head on over to Margaret T. Hance Park for live performances from artists like Maroon 5, Kenny Chesney, Pitbull and more!
Final Four Friday (March 31)
If you want a behind-the-scenes look at the teams competing for the NCAA Championship, University of Phoenix stadium will be hosting open practices and the College All-Star Game all day. Better yet, all events are free!
Tip-Off Tailgate (March 31-April 3)
If you’re lucky enough to snatch up some tickets for the biggest tournament of the spring, grab some friends and head to the Tip-Off Tailgate at The Great Lawn. Authentic southwestern food, skills challenges, beer gardens and interactive displays are all available for you to participate in!
