2016 Nissan Titan XD Debut Rocks the Chicago Auto Show

The last few weeks have been agonizing for us at Avondale Nissan, and for two different reasons. First, we knew that the 2016 Nissan Titan XD would be arriving soon, but every day that it didn’t show up was torture. But now it’s shown up, and all of us are happy as clams. Second, the Chicago Auto Show was fast approaching, and we had a good idea that this would be when the world at large was finally introduced to the singular charms of the aforementioned 2016 Nissan Titan XD. As we’ve been tirelessly covering here at Avondale Nissan, the release of the 2016 Nissan Titan is on the horizon. Not coincidently, so too is the Super Bowl, which will be played on Sunday, February 7th in Santa Clara, CA. We’ve gotten a first look at the Nissan Titan Super Bowl commercial, which has gotten quite a bit of notoriety, which will make sense once you’ve watched it. We’ve already detailed the 2016 Nissan Titan in depth here at Avondale Nissan, which is noteworthy in and of itself since it’s about to arrive at our Phoenix-area dealership. However, with the North American International Auto Show going on right now in Detroit, so leave it to Nissan to up the ante even further. When you’re searching for a truck, the list of demands are probably pretty standard. You want something capable of pulling large loads, say, a boat or a trailer. You want to be able to comfortably transport a few adult passengers. You want to be sure that, if duty calls, you can safely travel off-road and carry work materials in the rear cargo bed. But what if, after all that, you still had an impressive fuel economy. According to a recent Edmunds.com list, that’s exactly what Nissan has done. In their “9 Fuel-Efficient Trucks for 2014,” both of Nissan’s impressive trucks, the mid-size Frontier and the full-size Titan, received recognition.
