Did you know that Kia has been the top auto brand in vehicle initial quality the past two years, according to the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study (IQS)? This means that Kia vehicles as a brand have the fewest issues that need to be fixed in the first three months of vehicle ownership, which came from a survey of more than 77,000 people for the 2017 study. The 2016 study had a similar number of respondents.
So to celebrate this great news, we have a rundown of features and benefits for the five Kia models that were highest ranked in their segments in the 2017 IQS, which include the 2017 Kia Soul, Sorento, Niro, Cadenza and Forte.

J.D. Power recently released the results of its annual 2017 Initial Quality Study (IQS) of hundreds of vehicles on the market, after gathering survey responses from new vehicle owners and lessees to see which new models have the fewest problems during the first three months of ownership.
Just like in 2016, Kia finished as the highest-ranked manufacturer in this study in 2017, after all 77,415 responses were collected and tallied. Also, while two Kia models were highest ranked in their vehicle segment in the 2016 IQS, five Kia models achieved this distinction in 2017! Read on to see these highest-ranked, reliable Kia models!
